The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that milestones are met within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register, documenting actions and tracking mitigation efforts to ensure the success of the project.
  • Oversee project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations to ensure financial stability.
  • Present project overviews to senior stakeholders, providing clear and concise information to inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Construction team to ensure design assurance and coordinate all aspects of design development.
  • Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to support investment decisions.
  • Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
