Job Summary:

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that milestones are met within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure milestones within the program are met.
  • Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.
  • Control project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations.
  • Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
  • Update and monitor the project action log.
  • Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
  • Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
