Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure milestones are met and program objectives are achieved.
- Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts to minimize project risks.
- Control project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations to ensure financial stability.
- Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level, providing clear and concise information to inform decision-making.
- Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
- Update and monitor the project action log to ensure project progress is accurately recorded.
- Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure data accuracy.
- Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
- Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
