Senior Project Manager

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring milestones are met, and collaborating with other business functions to achieve program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations.
- Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
- Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
- Update and monitor the project action log.
- Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team.
- Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
- Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
- Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana and Trello.
