The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that milestones are met within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure that milestones within the program are met.
  • Risk Management: Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Financial Management: Control project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
  • Project Administration: Update and monitor the project action log, ensuring that all project activities are tracked and recorded.
  • Design Assurance: Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development, ensuring that projects are delivered to the required standard.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Modeling: Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered with accurate and reliable data.
  • Project Meetings: Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Gate Papers: Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
  • Health and Safety: Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices, ensuring that projects are delivered with a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Collaboration and Communication: A core aspect of the role will involve collaborating with all areas of the business; building relationships and working towards a common goal will be essential.
