Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with glaucoma and other eye conditions.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our ophthalmology services, including the design and implementation of new services and programs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Participate in medical education and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare team.
  • Contribute to the development of our research and innovation programs to improve patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist who possesses the following qualities:

  • GMC Registration with a license to practice.
  • GMC Specialist Register or within six months of obtaining CCT (or equivalent) at time of interview.
  • Certificate of Eligibility for specialist Registration (CESR)
  • MBChB or equivalent
