Ambition is seeking a creative and solutions-focused individual to join our Business Development and Marketing team. As a Business Development and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead directory submissions with the Solicitor Apprentice and external consultant, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Social Media and Campaigns: Collaborate with BDM Managers to implement social media policies and execute campaigns across various channels, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support business development and client relationship projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Reports: Produce reports and research as needed, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Support: Provide additional project support to the wider BDM team, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong Experience: You have a couple of years of experience working within a law firm in their business development & marketing team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and quick to adapt to new platforms like Concep, WordPress, and Hootsuite.
