About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Continuity Management Specialist to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify IT service continuity requirements and risks.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and IT service continuity needs.
  • Develop IT Service Continuity Plans: Develop and maintain IT service continuity policies, procedures, and plans in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Define IT Service Continuity Strategies: Define IT service continuity strategies, including disaster response, recovery, and restoration procedures, to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Design and Implement Testing Programs: Design and implement IT service continuity testing and exercise programs to evaluate the effectiveness of IT service continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to IT teams and business units in implementing IT service continuity measures, including data backup, replication, and recovery solutions.
  • Conduct Regular Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential threats to business operations and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT service continuity plans are integrated into business continuity plans and overall risk management strategies.
  • Stay Informed about Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about emerging IT service continuity technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance IT service continuity capabilities.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on IT service continuity readiness, performance, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Business Analyst, ITDR Consultant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong Understanding of ITDR Principles: Strong understanding of ITDR principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, ITIL).
  • Experience in Developing ITDR Policies: Experience in developing and implementing ITDR policies, procedures, and plans.
  • Proficiency in Conducting Risk Assessments: Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and business process analyses.
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
