We are seeking a skilled and friendly Gateline Assistant to join our team at FirstGroup. As a key member of our station staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at ticket barriers, operating and managing automatic ticket gates, and checking and issuing tickets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service at ticket barriers, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Operate and manage automatic ticket gates, ensuring smooth fare collection.
- Check and issue tickets, helping customers without valid fares.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gateline area.
- Sell tickets using a mobile machine when needed.
You must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
