Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire: Provide coaching and guidance to store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Drive Sales and Service Excellence: Work closely with store teams to identify opportunities to grow sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Manage and Motivate: Recruit, train, and develop store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that stores are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £33,600 per annum
- Performance-Related Bonus: Up to 25% of salary
- Staff Discount: 30% off all Superdrug products
- Annual Leave: Up to 33 days per year
