Overview of the Role

The Pharmacy Delivery and Collection Service (PDC) is a critical component of our operations, providing a caring, consistent, efficient, and professional service to our customers. Our teams of drivers are based at hubs and satellite locations, working together to meet the dynamic demands of the service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the PDC Manager to deliver PDC operations across your area, ensuring accountability for meeting targets and delivering outstanding customer care.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to model and implement best practices, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure efficient operations, supporting the delivery of key KPIs and targets, and maintaining high standards of customer care.
  • Deliver operation excellence around areas such as vehicle management, KPI reporting, and other processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for Boots and PDC, promoting our values and standards at all times.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You will have the ability to build constructive and productive relationships with a range of stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • You must have good planning skills, attention to detail, and a great knowledge of systems and processes.
  • Good communication and people skills are essential, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
