About the Role

Magna Housing Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all documentation and approvals are complete.
  • Maintain and update the vendor management system and key databases, while suggesting and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Generate purchase orders, prepare metrics, expedite deliveries, and assist with RFQs, NDAs, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and IT skills, to include wide experience of MS office and Excel alongside the ability to hold conversations with colleagues at all levels.
  • Keen to learn how to handle complex and conflicting data, while building commercial awareness and gaining an understanding of procurement insight and analysis requirements.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role. Within a procurement setting would be advantageous.
