Job Description

**Job Title:** Test Team Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Test Team on a part-time basis. As an Administrator for the Test Team, you will be responsible for the administration of development activities, including managing quotes, purchase requisitions, and invoices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage quotes from various suppliers for materials, consumables, equipment, and work required.
  • Raise purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and process invoices for goods receipt notifications.
  • Update spreadsheets for orders, parcel deliveries, calibration/equipment, stock, and financial information.
  • Process DHL deliveries and create PDF copies of purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Order parts/equipment/consumables from Amazon company account.

**Requirements:**

  • GCSE Math's and English – grade C minimum (or equivalent).
  • Experience as an Administrator with attention to detail.
  • IT literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office package and/or Google Apps.
  • Strong communication skills and team player with a good customer service mentality.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience with the SAP invoicing system.
  • Passion for motorcycles and familiarity with the motorcycle market.
