Job Overview

Harnham is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team for a 3-month contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of digital marketing experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for a diverse range of clients.
  • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights and campaign improvements.
  • Provide training and support to clients and team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
