Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer success team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide solution architectures that best address technical and business requirements at scale.
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers, prospects, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical effort estimates and timelines.
- Lead the implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud opportunities.
- Lead the development team responsible for implementing SFMC services, including Journey Builder and various Studios.
- Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams.
- Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional new business teams on new SFMC opportunities.
