Clinical Team Lead Opportunity in Mental Health Support Teams

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Qualified CBT Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to join the Mental Health Support Teams in schools, based in Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful post holder will have Fareham as their base, but will be expected to travel across sites and between schools, as well as, occasionally, across the county, e.g. to attend training, some meetings.

You will work alongside the other Clinical Lead for MHSTs, supporting the Early Help Team Manager. This will be an opportunity to both develop your leadership skills, as well as using your clinical skills to support young people. You will be required to provide line management and clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee clinicians.

  • Recognised/accredited postgraduate level training in a psychological therapy
