Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake consultations with patients, using your clinical judgment to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Prescribe and review medication, adhering to evidence-based practice and national protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient interactions.
  • Contribute to quality governance systems and processes, maintaining high standards of care.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
