Treasury Operations Manager - Back Office

The Treasury function is a critical component of our company's financial operations, and as a Treasury Team Leader - Back Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our treasury services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the IHC/Back office team to ensure high-quality customer-focused treasury services.
  • Oversee the mitigation of FX risk and minimize FX gains/losses.
  • Ensure adherence to controls and manage the Back-office function.
  • Manage FEBA and bank accounts.
  • Develop a culture of trust within the team and provide ongoing developmental coaching and feedback to team members.
