Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Prepare coaches' equipment packs and check in and out equipment
- Post marketing and social media content to promote our businesses
- Assist with marketing-related tasks, including creating and scheduling content
- Manage schedules and appointments for our team
- Coordinate with our coaches and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks related to setting up new staff members
Requirements
- Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
Working Arrangements
The job is offered in a self-employed capacity with the opportunity to become a junior member of the company after a 13-week probationary period. This will entitle you to quality bonus payments in addition to the hourly pay.
Pay and Hours
- £11.50 per hour
