Waking Night Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions in Ash Vale. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, who have learning disabilities, during the night-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our service users with their night-time routine, including personal care and domestic tasks.
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to our service users who may wake up during the night.
  • Work collaboratively with our day staff to ensure a smooth transition of care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
