About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions in Ash Vale. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users, who have learning disabilities, during the night-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and companionship to our service users during the night, including checking on them regularly and assisting with personal care needs.
  • Keep our service users company and engaged during the night, using various communication methods to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Complete domestic tasks and support with morning routines before the day staff arrive.
