Cathcart Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our data strategy, ensuring that our data architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the organization's data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and future growth plans
  • Define clear goals for data management, analytics, and governance, and translate these into actionable roadmaps for the data team
  • Guide the execution of the data strategy, ensuring that architecture, tooling, and processes support the seamless integration and usage of data across the organization
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and efficient data architecture that enables effective data storage, processing, and retrieval across all platforms
  • Advocate for the use of advanced data techniques, such as machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics, to solve complex business problems and unlock new opportunities
  • Experience in an Agile software environment (ideally SaaS)
