About the Role:

Fawkes and Reece London is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager/Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring design compliance with health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Quantity Surveyors, Construction Manager, M&E team, and site construction team to ensure design compliance and quality standards.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to select design subcontractors and review design drawings.
  • Lead document design meetings and communicate design opportunities and risks to the Regional Design Manager.
  • Ensure practical and robust design details in agreement with the construction team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role with a focus on design management.
  • Experience with site procedures and design software such as Revit.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
