We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our dynamic restaurant group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 60 and driving the commercial success of our restaurant.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of around 60 and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
