Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Housing Team Leader to join our team at Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with our administrative team to ensure all onboarding processes are complete and up-to-date.
  • Manage and oversee the use of relevant onboarding apps, ensuring all staff are properly trained and utilizing the tools effectively.
  • Oversee the Training Hub, ensuring it is complete and all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Conduct audits and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with local authorities and agencies to establish strong relationships and ensure continued pathways for referrals.
  • Be on-call and ensure accurate reporting using our computer-based system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a housing or community development setting.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to a car and a full driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS check issued within the last 12 months.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £16.25 (umbrella) dependent on experience.
  • Travel costs reimbursed at the standard rate per mile.
  • The opportunity to work with a well-established housing provider and contribute to the development of a new service.
