Job Title: Team Leader - Burnley FC

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our team at Burnley FC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain a high level of stock and inventory control
  • Ensure all sales staff are properly trained and equipped to handle customer queries and sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
