Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Leasehold Officer to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with leaseholders, handling related queries, and ensuring leasehold services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of leasehold management within the not-for-profit sector, strong knowledge of property law and leasehold legislation, and excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing leasehold services and ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Handling leaseholder queries and providing advice on service charges and major works
- Working collaboratively with the property team to deliver excellent service
- Supporting the implementation of leasehold policy and procedures
- Participating in property management meetings and contributing to team objectives
