About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our dynamic team at IGA Talent Solutions as an IT Director, Data Transformation Leader. This is a pivotal role in achieving Operational Excellence and driving innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Transformation: Spearhead the most critical and complex data management initiatives, aligning with our business strategy.
  • Lead PPM Implementation: Oversee the implementation of strategic enterprise platforms, with a focus on Placement and Policy Management (PPM).
  • Develop and Deploy a Data and Analytics Strategy: Leverage AI and Machine Learning to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and drive the technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent IGA Talent Solutions in large-scale global change programs, ensuring local needs are met while aligning with global strategy.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading large technology transformations within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving Operational Excellence and innovation.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives forward.
