About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Women's Services team at Change Grow Live. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to women who are struggling with substance misuse and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver services to women in the community, including those who are sex working and/or rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness.
  • Develop and implement individualized recovery plans for women, focusing on harm reduction and psychosocial interventions.
  • Work closely with other teams and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery and effective partnership working.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of women in treatment.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the service is accessible and effective for women.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of leading health and social care services, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to vulnerable populations.
  • Knowledge of substance misuse and related issues, including harm reduction and psychosocial interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
