About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LT Selection. As an Employer Partnership Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our first-class employer engagement team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and market analysis
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and targeted sector promotional campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and clients
  • Provide exceptional levels of information and advice regarding training solutions and related funding
  • Account manage positive long-term customer relationships to maximize opportunities for repeat business
  • Maximize work experience placement and progression opportunities for learners
  • Attend employer-facing events and develop close working relationships with local organizations
Requirements
  • One year's experience in a business development/sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving results and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
