About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of month-end payrolls, including adjustments and amendments. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Process month-end payrolls, including reconciliations and audits
- Prepare and submit Payroll BACS files
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to resolve any payroll-related issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
Requirements
- CIPP qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience working within payroll
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
