About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Advisor to join our team at Hawksford. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Administration: Responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, including those of a complex nature.
  • Financial Analysis: Review annual accounts on client portfolio and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information recorded.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of administration, including the periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare documents, such as minutes, resolutions, and small agreements, as and when required.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services through our company network.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain client confidentiality and observe CDD at all times.
  • Team Support: Assist with the supervision and development of junior staff as required.
  • Business Development: In conjunction with the client director, cover Team Manager's and/or other administrator's portfolios of clients in absence of holiday/sickness if required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or legal services environment.
  • Qualifications: Studying or qualified in CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Skills: Proactive and forward-thinking, able to use initiative when handling tasks, and committed to achieving excellence for yourself and our clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with ability to assist with the supervision and development of junior staff.
