JOB TITLE: International Private Client Advisor

PQE: 1-4 years

LOCATION: London

SALARY: Competitive, based on experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this dynamic position, you will be part of a growing international private client division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on pre-immigration tax strategies.
  • Interpreting the remittance basis of taxation and statutory residency criteria.
  • Facilitating estate planning for clients who are non-domiciled.
  • Structuring global assets effectively.
  • Implementing succession planning and family governance for clients with international ties.
  • Advising on the UK tax implications of various investments, including property ownership structures.
  • Managing offshore trust and estate planning matters.
  • Conducting related tax and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Engaging in marketing and business development initiatives to enhance the firm's client portfolio.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and exceptional drafting abilities. You should have a proven track record in international private client work, ideally gained from a reputable firm. Proficiency in Italian or French is a plus, though not mandatory.
