About the Role:

Hawksford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to our clients, ensuring the highest standards of administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures, including complex cases.
  • Review annual accounts and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure accurate information.
  • Maintain high standards of administration, producing reports and analyses for third parties.
  • Review periodic reports from professional advisers before approval by directors or trustees.
  • Draft and prepare documents, such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
  • Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers.
  • Attend client meetings and develop close working relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for beneficiaries to access additional services through our company network.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and assist with the supervision and development of junior staff.
  • Cover Team Manager's and/or other administrator's portfolios in absence of holiday/sickness.
  • Observe CDD at all times and record time on the Company's time recording system.
  • Achieve financial targets as determined by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or legal services.
  • Studying or qualified in CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to use initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to achieving excellence.
  • Ability to assist with the supervision and development of junior staff.
