About the Role

Lloyd's is a leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace, and we're seeking a skilled professional to join our Oversight Framework team. As a Risk Oversight Framework Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the evolution, operation, and documentation of our Market Oversight Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop and implement effective oversight tools to support the framework's operation and ensure consistent application across all oversight functions.
  • Support the annual Market Oversight Plan and Market Oversight Letters process.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed customer relationship management and reporting tools, such as Dynamics and PowerBI.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel with intermediate or experienced skills to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on Lloyd's market practices, operations, and financial structure, as well as regulatory expectations, including Solvency II and Lloyd's Principles for Business.
Requirements
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate confidently at a senior level.
  • Proactive perseverance in shaping solutions that deliver continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write high-quality reports for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management and reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and Lloyd's market practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
