Risk Oversight Framework Specialist

Lloyd's is seeking a highly skilled Oversight Framework Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with oversight teams across the business to gain an understanding of their oversight of the market, including underwriting, capital, reserving, governance, culture, operational resilience, and more.
- Support and provide guidance on the development and embeddedness of the oversight framework, including challenging the continued appropriateness of tools, metrics, and principles.
- Provide guidance on Lloyd's new oversight tools, such as Dynamics and PowerBI, and support key reporting and analysis to senior committees.
- Support the preparation and publication of the annual Market Oversight Plan and Letters, engaging with stakeholders across the business and reporting to Lloyd's executive committees.
- Good knowledge of Lloyd's market practices, operations, and financial structure.
- Understanding of effective reviews, oversight controls, and governance.
- Knowledge of current market initiatives and challenges and their impact on different insurance/reinsurance businesses.
- Regulatory expectations, including Solvency II and Lloyd's Principles for Business.
- Customer Relationship Management and reporting tools, such as Dynamics and PowerBI.
- Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate or experienced.
