Position Overview

In the role of Care Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating care requirements, overseeing and updating care plans, mentoring and supervising care staff, conducting quality checks, performing competency evaluations, and providing support for the on-call service as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and revise care plans as necessary
  • Coach and mentor care team members
  • Participate in care assessments
  • Support the on-call service on a rotational basis
  • Deliver direct care and assistance
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, colleagues, and other professionals
  • Leverage technology to enhance care delivery
  • Adhere to the core values of Altogether Care
  • Ensure the implementation of safe working practices
