In the role of Care Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating care requirements, overseeing and revising care plans, guiding and training care staff, performing spot checks, conducting competency evaluations, and providing support for the on-call service on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise care plans for clients
- Provide coaching and mentorship to care colleagues
- Participate in care reviews
