IN2 Consult is seeking a meticulous Finance Operations Associate to enhance our finance team as we continue to expand. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial processes.
The Finance Operations Associate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Processing invoices with precision and efficiency.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Managing payment cycles and ensuring timely disbursements.
- Collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and will have experience in a professional financial setting. A customer-centric approach and the ability to adapt to new software applications are essential.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience with automated accounting systems for accounts payable.
- Assisting in audits and year-end financial processes.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in managing a high volume of invoices and maintaining purchase ledgers.
- Experience reconciling supplier and bank statements.
A background in Accounts Payable or a similar corporate finance role is advantageous. We value self-motivated individuals who are adept at problem-solving and can thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
