We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical CAMHS Practitioner. As a key member of our Eating Disorder team, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating young people with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and intervention to children and young people with eating disorders and mental health problems
- Consult and support front-line professionals in understanding and supporting children and families
- Deliver early intervention programs and provide training and advice to professionals
- Relevant professional qualification and registration
- Eligible to practice under the mental health measure Wales 2010
- Post-graduate diploma or relevant knowledge, training, and experience in the specialist field
- Excellent knowledge of mental health problems and disorders
- Excellent knowledge of family dynamics and issues relating to working with families
- Additional formal qualification in a recognised therapeutic approach
- Specific, targeted, evidence-based interventions
- Formal qualification in a relevant field
- Understanding of service structures and inter-agency working
