Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Engineer

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance history, and spare parts inventory.
  • Provide training and support to local engineering teams on CMMS software and best practices.
  • Participate in EU coordinated projects and improvement programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Relevant experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and auditing, either as a hands-on engineer or as a maintenance planner.
  • Experience with CMMS software, Infor EAM platform, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
