Amazon is seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineering technicians in one of our highly automated Fulfillment Centres.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the team to ensure a safe, standard, and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the site Safety department and Site Leadership to implement and audit safety and statutory compliance programs.
- Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide high equipment availability.
- Manage and drive the training program for the team to ensure sufficient technical coverage.
- Support local and EU-level projects as assigned by the manager.
- Be prepared to work on shift to maintain a strong connection with the team and daily work.
A degree or NVQ Level 4 in a relevant engineering discipline or served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship. Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Experience with automated equipment, excellent communication and computer skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience with PLC-based control systems and project management.
