Are you passionate about making a positive impact? As a Community Fundraising Manager, you will be instrumental in connecting with supporters and driving community fundraising initiatives with individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering and nurturing sustainable relationships with local community supporters.
  • Executing fundraising strategies tailored for identified volunteers and groups to achieve the community fundraising objectives.
  • Overseeing all community fundraising supporter interactions while adhering to set budgets, timelines, and stewardship standards.
  • Evaluating and proactively managing the development of fundraising groups to meet established targets.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining volunteers in alignment with the volunteer strategy.

About You:

  • Previous experience in fundraising is advantageous, but strong communicators with a sales background will receive training.
  • Proven ability to work towards KPIs and targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively across various levels.
  • A collaborative leader who can motivate and manage a diverse volunteer network.
  • Skilled in building positive relationships with volunteers, donors, and key stakeholders while managing their expectations.
