About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Lead to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that drives engagement and growth across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing communications plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets key stakeholders, including individuals, companies, NGOs, and government organizations.
  • Manage all LinkedIn marketing efforts, including organic posting, community management, and paid campaigns, to increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Produce high-quality sales collateral and content that effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
  • Design and deliver engaging webinars that showcase our new products, updates, and services, and provide valuable insights to our audience.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all broker-facing content on our website, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand messaging.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing communications role in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
