Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bespoke Consultant & Coordinator to join our team at the Hackett Savile Row Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers, working closely with the Store Manager and Head Cutter to offer exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide outstanding service, reflecting the brand values, and attract and retain customers.
  • Sales: Achieve commercial objectives and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop Operations: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Bespoke: Collaborate with the Head of Tailoring on strategic projects, reporting any matters regarding the bespoke department.
  • Cultural Fit: Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, other languages a plus.
  • Experience in retail logistics and operations.
  • Experience in managing bespoke customer databases.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Helpful and kind person, great attitude, enthusiastic, and able to connect with customers.
