We are seeking a highly skilled Bespoke Consultant and Coordinator to join our Hackett Savile Row Store team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, with a strong background in retail logistics and operations, and excellent client management and clienteling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with the Head Cutter to deliver the highest quality service and reflecting the brand values.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial objectives and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Oversee all production timelines and ensure seamless Bespoke customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Head of Tailoring on strategic projects and report any matters regarding the Bespoke department.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, other languages a plus.
  • Experience in retail logistics and operations.
  • Experience in managing Bespoke customer databases.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communications skills.
  • Helpful and kind person, great attitude, enthusiastic, and able to connect with customers.
