About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bespoke Training Consultant to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our market-leading organisation and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing bespoke training programmes for our customers, focusing on Essilor product features and benefits, including Varilux, Transitions, and personalised lenses.
  2. Co-developing and implementing the Essilor Expert Customer Partnership Programme.
  3. Directly selecting, targeting, and working with customers to deliver value through training.
  4. Proactively communicating with Essilor Business Development Managers, Bespoke Consultants, and Transitions Consultants on identified objectives and business goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of delivering effective training and confidently delivering presentations to large audiences.
  • Ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience of training in group and individual environments.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience of successful sales account management in related field.
