Bespoke, a prominent London-based architectural practice, has an exceptional opportunity for a Master Architect Lead to join its team in the UK. This exciting position involves developing and leading a highly skilled team of architects on significant projects of scale and complexity.
This is an outstanding opening for an experienced architect with strong technical expertise to lead on a large-scale project. As Master Architect Lead, you will be responsible for setting the team's agenda regarding delivery processes, best practices, and organization across the project while fostering innovation and research.
Bespoke welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds, and you will need to have assembled a portfolio showcasing 'architectural delivery excellence' of acclaimed architectural projects. Sectors would ideally include experience across commercial, hospitality, tall buildings, residential, and interior fit-out.
The role requires time both in the office and onsite to service projects and build relationships. The remuneration package is competitive and aligned with the role as a leader within the practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive technical delivery excellence across complex projects.
- Manage one or two projects and teams concurrently.
- Work within the senior leadership team across the practice.
- Be responsible for project-related fees, resourcing, and practice management duties.
- Client and consultant engagement, managing large groups of stakeholders.
Skills and experience:
- Fully qualified architect with Part III.
- Strong Revit user, with knowledge of UK building regulations.
- Experience running large projects and teams.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
Estimated salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
