Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Master Architect Leader to join our employee-owned firm in London. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead large-scale residential projects, driving quality and innovation from concept to completion.

About the Role

  • Manage and mentor a team with plans to expand, fostering growth and development.
  • Leverage expertise to deliver projects from Stage 5 through to construction, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and clients, building strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee large-scale residential projects, prioritizing design excellence and sustainability.
  • Incorporate sustainable principles into projects wherever possible, enhancing environmental responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • Expertise in Revit is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in Stage 5 project delivery, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Extensive background in large-scale residential projects, showcasing design and management expertise.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective liaison with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles is advantageous for this position.
