About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett International Limited. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that staff are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: A passion for our products and a willingness to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
